Even outside of the little shop a sweet smell fills the air. All those who want to witness how ginger candy or Weinmeister leaves are formed out of a mass of glucose and sugar are welcome to give the sweet manufacturers a short call to ask for the daily planning.

After being boiled in a massive copper pot, the fragrant sweets are put on a steel plate to flavor and cool them. Yet, the sugary mass is folded. Afterwards the hot candy is cut into smaller pieces. After about 45 minutes the little sweet sins are provided with a sugar coat and sold at the counter.
