For me, a special brunch has to deliver both: a backdrop that stays in the memory, and a buffet that does not use the setting as an excuse. I checked whether quality and freshness are right even with the show program, whether the value for money fits and whether the concept really carries or is just effect. What I find most beautiful are places where you are amazed and eat really well at the same time.
The Carte Blanche restaurant at the SO/ Berlin Das Stue Hotel serves an exquisite breakfast buffet with French accents and a waffle station, which also delights late risers until noon on weekends. At a price of 45 Euros per person, a particularly diverse buffet is offered here.
