For this list, I explored Berlin in the sunshine and gathered ideas for beautiful days, from the Gardens of the World in Marzahn to the skating track on Tempelhofer Feld and the HotRod tour through Friedrichshain. I made sure to include variety, so there is something for athletes, families and explorers alike. Here are my tips for good weather.
Stand Up Paddling on the Havel, right in Spandau: The SUP Center Berlin on Eiswerder Island is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience Berlin from the water in beautiful weather. Rentals, courses, yoga, and XXL boards make this spot the top choice for watersports activities in the capital.
In Marzahn, where prefabricated buildings meet expansive green spaces, lies Berlin's green world tour: The Gardens of the World combine over 20 international theme gardens across 43 hectares, a hovering cable car over the Kienberg, and open-air concerts for up to 5,000 visitors.
Spanning 90 hectares in southern Neukölln, Britzer Garten offers everything you'd leave Berlin for on a beautiful day, without actually leaving the city: blooming theme gardens, an artificially created lake, expansive sunbathing lawns, and a lively event program that carries through the entire summer.
Anyone who wants to experience Berlin from the ground up, truly from the ground up, should hop into a mini-hotrod in Friedrichshain and cruise in a convoy through the capital. From the East Side Gallery to the Brandenburg Gate: This city tour guarantees goosebumps while sightseeing.
Tempelhofer Feld in Tempelhof is Berlin's legendary open space, where former runways have become a skating track. On a 4.5 km circular route between wide skies and the old airport building, inline skaters roll with a good tailwind through one of Europe's largest city parks.
On Saturdays, Südstern in Kreuzberg transforms into one of Berlin's most beautiful weekly markets: around 35 vendors, organic produce directly from the farm, street food, and natural wine, nestled between the Neo-Gothic Garrison Church and the lively hustle and bustle between the Gräfe- and Bergmannkiez.

For those who want to get out into nature when the weather is nice, without having to leave Berlin behind for hours, Dahlwitz-Hoppegarten is the perfect place. The Lucky Horse Ranch Mönchsheim on the eastern outskirts of the city offers genuine country life with horses, spaciousness, and a warmth not found in the city.
Between Schöneberg and Steglitz, in the middle of Insulaner Park, lies one of Berlin's greenest outdoor destinations. The aged 18-hole concrete mini-golf course was taken over and revitalized by a new team in 2025. Those looking to get out when the weather is nice will find fun, a sun terrace, and a relaxed park atmosphere at a low price.
