Day Spas for Relaxing

Behind the simple entrance next to the Tiergarten public bath in Moabit lies around 20,000 square meters of Balinese-designed wellness with over ten saunas, such as the Russian Banya. A garden, Kneipp pool, and nine treatment rooms are also part of vabali. As a day spa, it's worth planning a whole day; the sauna circuit alone fills hours.

The Aspria Berlin Ku'damm on the western Kurfürstendamm has a 2,000 square meter wellness area with four saunas, a Turkish hammam, a 25-meter pool, and a rooftop terrace. Relaxation is offered in a darkened room with ocean sounds and a brine inhalation area. The Day Spa offers Caribbean rituals with Ligne St Barth products, such as a sea sand scrub.

The Sky Spa & Fitness Lounge is located on the 7th floor of the Steigenberger Hotel am Kanzleramt near the main train station, with views of the Reichstag and the Spree. The day spa is primarily aimed at women. The Gül package with peeling and massage offers the most relaxation, followed by tea from the samovar in the lounge.

The Beauty Place Spa at Holmes Place at Potsdamer Platz was nominated for an international design award for its interior architecture. Wood and natural stone characterize the sauna and pool, and there is also an ice chamber, experience showers, and a meditation room with a Himalayan panorama. For a long day spa visit, packages with facial, peeling, massage, and manicure can be booked.

In the listed RAW Tempelhof in Schöneberg, wellnest has installed 20 self-contained spa suites, called Nests, each with its own hot tub, sauna, and experience shower. Food and drinks are delivered to the Nest via a serving hatch after ordering by tablet. This transforms the day spa into a private getaway, alone or for two, for two to four hours.

On the roof of the Grand Hyatt at Potsdamer Platz lies the 250 square meter lawn terrace of Club Olympus, also used for outdoor massages. Inside, a heated swimming pool, a large whirlpool, sauna, and steam bath are part of the 863 square meter spa. With a Day Spa ticket, day guests also have access to the pool and fitness room.

The SPA at the InterContinental Berlin on Budapester Straße spans approximately 1,000 square meters around a 15-meter pool with a whirlpool. Two Finnish saunas, including a ladies' sauna, steam and herbal steam baths, and a sauna courtyard with an ice bath provide variety. Heated marble loungers and waterbeds await between sessions in the Day Spa.

The opulent spa of the Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin offers sauna friends an environment with three special saunas: The Aquaviva Sauna pampers you with music and illumination at a temperature of 95° C.
