I put this list together so that there really is something for every mood, from wild and sporty to calm and creative. It was important to me that the destinations are spread right across the city map, so that every family finds something nearby. And because children love variety, nature experiences, science and lots of movement all mix together here.
Located in the Wuhlheide in Treptow-Köpenick, FEZ Berlin is considered Europe's largest non-profit center for children, youth, and families. Across over 100,000 m² of outdoor and 13,000 m² of indoor space, a program awaits that caters equally to children and parents. Theater, space travel, a natural bathing lake, and a children's city all under one roof.
The silver dome on Prenzlauer Allee in Prenzlauer Berg is Berlin's window to space. The Zeiss Grand Planetarium is one of Europe's largest planetariums, captivating curious children and adults alike with its 360° fulldome experience, drawing them into the universe.
