When it rains, snows or is simply too cold outside, an indoor playground becomes the perfect solution. At Bim & Boom Kinderspielland in Marzahn, a giant slide and trampoline area make children's hearts beat faster, and at Jolos Kinderwelt in Kreuzberg the little ones from the age of one romp across 1,500 square metres between bouncy castle, ball pool and climbing nets. At Bambooland they experience a jungle adventure with Bamboo the panda bear, while the Spiel-Speicher at Karls Erlebnis-Dorf tempts with a ball pit and a maze of tubes. The children jump, climb and dive in, while the parents relax over coffee and snacks in the café. That way everyone forgets the weather and keeps the party going indoors. Which playground will rescue your next rainy day?

For this list, I looked for indoor playgrounds that give children plenty of room to let off steam while still thinking of the parents. It was important to me that there is a cosy corner with coffee and snacks, while the little ones have the time of their lives in ball pits and on climbing frames. That way even the greyest rainy day turns into a family experience.

At Jolos Kinderwelt children from the age of 1 year can play and enjoy themselves on 1500 square metres of games and playing. Children's train, bumper cars, bouncing castle, chairoplane, tube slides, wave slides, ball pool, climbing nets, crawling tunnel and a maze make it hard to decide where to play first.

Together with the Panda "Bamboo" kids can have their very own jungle adventure at Bamboo-Land.
