Plenty of cherry and apple trees, raspberry and currant bushes welcome you at Comenius Garden in Berlin-Neukölln. Wild flowers, a small pond and lots of other plants will help you spend some relaxing hours away from the busy city. To get inside you have to ring the tiny, silvery bell at the gate. The caretaker will let you in. We highly recommend bringing a blanket for a romantic picnic – which would be perfect for an occasion like a first date.

A stroll through the garden during late summer or fall is especially nice, because the caretaker will place baskets underneath the trees for the windfall that you can enjoy for free.
