The Nordhafen pier is located in Wedding on the Berlin-Spandau Shipping Canal, nestled in Nordhafenpark near the Erika Hess ice stadium. The west side of the basin is lined with trees and lawns; from the benches on the harbor wall, departures can be observed in peace.

The pier is operated by a shipping company that has been a well-known name on Berlin’s waterways for years. The offerings include year-round scenic and charter cruises on the Spree and Havel, as well as tours from Schiffbauerdamm, Rummelsburger Bucht, and Hennigsdorf.

Charter cruises away from tourist crowds

Nordhafen itself is exclusively available for charter trips and is not served by scheduled services. For a private cruise, this is a quiet, less frequented starting point where groups can embark without jostling.

Depending on the route, the journey passes the Berlin Cathedral, the Reichstag, and Museum Island, or heads out into tranquil riverside landscapes towards the Havel. Dogs are allowed on board free of charge. For arrival, the subway stops at Naturkundemuseum and several bus lines are nearby.
