The Große Bunkerberg at Volkspark Friedrichshain with its 78 metres of elevation is the highest hill of the district Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. Berlin locals have given it the nickname “Mont Klamott”. The sledding track on Kleiner Bunkerberg kicks off with a steep hell but ends at the bottom with a long finish. At each side of the track is a fence to prevent people from accidentally accessing the tracks and avoiding high-speed collisions with the trees.

The track however is not made for the faint of heart since it is very uneven. To make up for that there is a number of good slopes on either side of both hills, even snow-boarding is possible here!
