At Restaurant Buchs, Wiener Schnitzel is one of the standards, as are reinterpretations of Alpine cuisine. These include “Baked goat cheese in brick pastry with honey and aromatics on rocket salad” or “Obazda with pears and dark bread”.
And not only in the evening, but also at lunchtime, Buchs serves a selection of two different specialties on weekdays, which can be ordered daily from 12 PM. Buchs also features the “Bar 96”, where guests are treated to classic cocktails. In summer, the outdoor terraces of the bar and restaurant can also be used.
The ambience is divided into two parts; the front is rather understated rustic. Those who prefer it more elegant go to the back, where the tables are set with white tablecloths.
