After the huge success of the Asian New Year's Eve parties in the last years the Club Restaurant Spindler & Klatt celebrates the beginning of the New Year again - with the New Year's Eve Party - Hong Kong Nights!

Right on the Great Wannsee and at the edge of the Grunewald forest: The Wannseeterrassen in Zehlendorf is one of Berlin's most famous excursion restaurants, with lake views, a spacious terrace, and cuisine blending German and French traditions.

The heritage-protected warehouse at Osthafen dates back to 1913, and the Golf Lounge's terrace is right on the Spree with a view of the Oberbaumbrücke. Up to 150 guests celebrate here, catered by the in-house kitchen. As a romantic wedding venue in Berlin-Friedrichshain, the building offers a unique activity: hitting golf balls into the illuminated Spree.

In Schöneberg, on Gustav-Müller-Straße, a restaurant already carries its claim in its name: Stumari means "guest" in Georgian – and that's exactly how you feel here. Authentic Georgian cuisine, warm hospitality, and a wine list full of Qvevri rarities make Stumari one of the most compelling addresses for Georgian food in Berlin.

Between Nordbahnhof and the Natural History Museum lies 'Wilder als erwartet' (Wilder than expected), a bar with an outdoor area featuring wooden tables, lanterns, and candles, and a dark interior filled with red velvet armchairs and disco balls. A small beer costs 3 Euros, DJs play seventies electro, house, and deep house. Among Berlin's iconic scene clubs, this is the place without a bouncer attitude.

Literally worth a sin: Vale un Peccato in Wilmersdorf offers authentic trattoria cuisine, far removed from Berlin tourism and close to how Italians themselves eat. Sicilian signature, Venetian host, and a terrace where you can easily forget the hustle and bustle of Berlin.

AMRIT Potsdamer Platz at Ebertstraße 14 is the largest establishment of the Bans family, who opened their first Indian restaurant in Berlin in 1996. The pergola terrace can also be used in winter, and inside there is space for groups of up to 200 people. Among Berlin's Indian restaurants, this is the address for large gatherings between Tiergarten and the Kulturforum.

nhow Berlin in Friedrichshain is Europe's first music hotel and one of the city's most striking design hotels. Star designer Karim Rashid transformed all 304 rooms into futuristic worlds of color and form directly on the Spree, just a few minutes' walk from the East Side Gallery.

In Biesdorf Palace Park, far from Berlin's city center, guests at Café Schloss Biesdorf can sit on the terrace with views of well-maintained gardens, while inside, stucco-decorated ceilings and historic vaults transform coffee breaks into a journey through time. Since early 2025, a new team has been providing homemade cakes and coffee specialties in Marzahn-Hellersdorf's most beautiful sunlit café.

On the western shore of Lake Weißensee in Weißensee, Ormos by Milchhäuschen sits as a sun-drenched café with a Greek soul. The expansive lakeside terrace, the bright glass pavilion, and a menu ranging from mezze to homemade cake make this place a sun café with true lido charm.

Located on the Landwehrkanal in Kreuzberg, directly on Paul-Lincke-Ufer, the SPINDLER Restaurant and Coffeehouse combines French brasserie cuisine with the casual charm of a over 100-year-old Wilhelminian era building. Here, canal views meet seasonal-regional cuisine with a French accent.

In the heart of Köpenick's old town, directly on the Spree: freiheit fünfzehn combines a listed courtyard area with a spacious riverside beer garden, which in summer is one of the greenest and most tranquil of its kind in all of Berlin.

Where Treptow meets Kreuzberg at Flutgraben, stands one of Berlin's most famous open-air clubs. A wooden deck, weeping willow, and canal water are as much a part of Club der Visionäre as relaxed minimal techno.

In Friedenau, directly opposite the small theater on Taunusstraße, Restaurant Miteinander serves Austrian-Alpine cuisine that focuses on honest home-style cooking. Wiener Schnitzel, Kaiserschmarrn, and seasonal specialties are served here unpretentiously, but with real substance.

At the corner of Großbeerenstraße and Yorckstraße, Kuchenkultur bakes small batches daily. In the display case, next to poppy seed cheesecake and streusel cake, you'll also find oriental orange cake, avocado cheesecake, and pistachio mousse tart.

Hidden in the courtyard between Uhlandstraße and Lietzenburger Straße, right by the Ku'damm in Charlottenburg, ZEN Restaurant is a tranquil address for upscale Asian dining. Vietnamese cuisine meets Japanese sushi art here, served in a stylish ambiance with an open show kitchen.
