Volkspark Rehberge

Volkspark Rehberge

Its own open air cinema in summer, a sledding hill in winter, an animal enclosure with deer and wild boars, playgrounds and sports tracks as well as a nature trail provide for some diversity in the 70 ha constituting Volkspark Rehberge.

Speaking about the landscape, Volkspark Rehberge in parts reminds of a forest, but it is also nicely laid out with several big relaxing greens and a number of ponds.
If you are taking a walk here or exercise with jogging, there are quite some things to discover. Children are happy about the playgrounds and the animal enclosures with deer and wild boars. And in winter time, the kids speed downhat the toboggan hill on their sleds.

In summer, the open air cinema is the real gas - traditionally the movie season closes with a screening of the cult movie "Rocky Horror Picture Show".

Top10 Berlin tip: Explore in Rehberge's direct vicinity Goethe- and Schillerpark. In the neighbouring, the public bathing beach Freibad Plötzensee invites you for a swim or a round with a pedal boat.
