The restaurant Tischlein deck Dich is part of Grimm’s Hotel at Potsdamer Platz and incorporates the fairytale motif into its culinary offerings for Christmas parties. You can indulge in the “Golden Goose” menu, featuring a winter poultry praline, vegetable pearls, a crispy goose leg and breast with red cabbage, kale, and potato dumplings. Alternatively, a vegetarian main course is offered: vegetarian winter ravioli with chestnut filling, black salsify ragout, and roasted peppers. For dessert, Tischlein deck Dich serves gingerbread parfait and berry ragout with this menu.

Another menu is called “Hans in Luck” and also begins quite magically with beetroot carpaccio, rocket, goat cheese, Barbary duck breast à l’Orange with red wine sauce, Brussels sprout puree, and almond balls. Or you can choose a vegetarian main course: pumpkin risotto with walnut Brussels sprout curry. For a sweet ending, red mulled wine mousse and poached pear await.

For larger Christmas parties of 20 people or more, a fairytale buffet can also be booked. The warm buffet, for example, includes chestnut cream soup with Brussels sprout leaves, goose breast with orange sauce, salmon fillet cooked in an herb salt crust with root vegetables and herb potatoes at Tischlein deck Dich.

Additionally, a mulled wine reception on the terrace and beverage packages can be booked for the Christmas party.

The name Tischlein deck Dich (Table, set yourself) at Grimm’s Hotel in Tiergarten is a program. The hotel operators deliberately chose an open-house concept that offers dining not only for hotel guests but also for visitors to the Park am Gleisdreieck and the neighborhood. The restaurant Tischlein Deck dich has a capacity of 60 seats with different table sizes from 2-person to 12-person tables. In addition, the bar with the lounge offers another 20 seats.
