The 10 Best Halloween Parties in Berlin 2026

When the sun goes down on 31 October 2026, the whole city turns into a set. A Halloween party in Berlin comes in every imaginable form: inside church naves, cellar vaults, hotel lobbies and across ten dance floors at once. Some nights run on gothic and industrial, others on techno, R'n'B or a drag show with a costume contest. There are also formats that look nothing like a club night, from a brunch with bottomless mimosas to a walk through total darkness with nothing but a small lamp. So which night in 2026 is actually worth queueing for?

We went through the organisers' programmes, compared line-ups, prices and door policies, and looked at which night delivers what it promises. At Kulturbrauerei in Prenzlauer Berg twenty DJs play ten floors on Halloween night. At Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche in Kreuzberg the Dark Masquerade puts gothic next to medieval rock and serves warm mead on the terrace. Hotel Zoo on Kurfürstendamm in Charlottenburg only lets you in if you arrive in costume or in elaborate make-up. Which one will be your night?

Halloween is the most honest night of the year here: no other date shows so plainly how many scenes exist side by side in this city. For this list I checked how many floors each venue really opens, whether the line-up is confirmed and what you actually pay at the door. I also wanted range, so not everything here is a club night. The result is ten evenings between Charlottenburg and Potsdam, from a drag theatre to a brunch.

The Horror Nights at Filmpark Babelsberg are probably the spookiest Halloween party in the Berlin area. On the legendary studio grounds in Potsdam-Babelsberg, film sets transform into an extensive horror event in Berlin that is unparalleled. Twelve attractions, over 150 performers, and a final show in the Volcano Arena make this horror event a premier destination.
