For this list I searched Berlin for restaurants where a Christmas party becomes more than a shared meal. What mattered to me was real atmosphere, the option of a private function and a setting that works for very different teams. Whether rustic cabin, floating raft or baroque banquet hall: I made sure every recommendation brings its own character and that the evening stays in people’s memory. For 2026 I also checked all menus, prices and capacities again.
Loretta am Wannsee is located in Zehlendorf directly on the water, just a few steps from Wannsee S-Bahn station. For Christmas parties in the restaurant, the glazed winter garden with views over the lake is particularly appealing. Additionally, there's an ice stock sport lane on the premises and individual offers for company groups of all sizes.
Cozy alpine panorama with festive atmosphere: Lindenbräu at Potsdamer Platz in Tiergarten captivates groups with its three-story interior, the cozy Lindenalm, and a Christmas offer for up to 450 people. Hearty classics from Bavaria, Austria, and Berlin ensure a celebration with alpine flair and Berlin down-to-earthness.
Located on Köpenick Palace Island, surrounded by the waters of the Dahme and a 17th-century Baroque garden, Schlosscafé Köpenick hosts Christmas parties for up to 80 guests. The Christmas Special, starting from 73.50 Euros, includes a welcome punch, a three-course menu, and an all-inclusive beverage package. An organ concert in the palace church can be added upon request.
From November to February, the Winter Raft operates as a heated cabin on the Spree, featuring an electric fireplace, furs on all seats, and approximately 25 degrees Celsius on board. For Christmas parties, 15 to 32 people embark at Oberbaumbrücke or Treptower Park, and the Spreeküche's winter buffet starts at 29.90 Euros net per person.
Since 1995, Gugelhof on Knaackstraße at Kollwitzplatz has been serving cuisine from the tri-border region: tarte flambée from the stone oven, Sundgau raclette, and choucroute garnie for 20 Euros. For Christmas parties in Prenzlauer Berg, a separate area for 20 to 40 people and the entire house with up to 100 seats are available.
The Renger-Patzsch restaurant on Wartburgstraße in Schöneberg serves German-French cuisine with an Alsatian touch and is named after the photographer Albert Renger-Patzsch. For Christmas parties in 2026, two menus starting from 44.50 Euros are available, along with a separate room for 25 and a dining room for up to 50 guests.
The privately run Hotel Palace Berlin on Budapester Straße is located opposite the Zoological Garden and offers 18 banquet and conference rooms spanning 2,600 square meters for up to 900 guests. For Christmas parties in the restaurant, the address is beef45, a steakhouse that the Schlemmer Atlas 2026 rated among Germany's Top 50.
Ars Vini no longer cooks in Prenzlauer Berg, but in the historic Fährhaus Saatwinkel directly on Lake Tegel. From November to March, around 180 seats by the fireplace and about twenty cheese fondues are available, now completely gluten-free since this season. Group fondue for the Christmas party starts at 49 Euros per person.
Engelbecken is located in the yellow corner house on Witzlebenstraße directly by Lietzensee and serves modern German cuisine with Alpine influences. For Christmas parties in Charlottenburg, the restaurant offers set menus or buffets upon request. The menu includes organic veal Wiener Schnitzel for 29 Euros and organic pork crackling roast for 24 Euros.
At Grimm's Hotel by Park am Gleisdreieck, the restaurant Tischlein deck Dich extends its fairy tale theme to the menu. For Christmas parties in Berlin, six menus are available starting from 39.90 Euros per person, bookable for ten people or more, plus a buffet for thirty people or more, and three event rooms for up to fifty guests.
