Christmas without goose is out of the question for me, but so is the stress in the kitchen. For this list I paid attention to what makes a good goose to go: tender meat with crispy skin despite reheating, homemade sides instead of ready-made goods, a fair origin of the animals and a well-thought-out service, whether for collection, delivery or carved right in the living room.
