Weihnachtsfondue im Ars Vini

The fondue specialist Ars Vini offers Christmas parties centered around fondue in a cozy alpine hut-like setting with a living room atmosphere. Classic cheese fondue, hearty meat fondue, or sensual chocolate fondue with fruits: At Ars Vini, specialized in fondue, all imaginable variations of fondue can be enjoyed! When the hot oil or cheese bubbles in the fondue pot and you sit at the table in a small group, the Christmas party becomes a sociable experience. Additionally, the meal provides wonderful warmth during the cold season!

Christmas party packages can be booked for groups of 8 to 100 people, either from 17:00 to 20:00 (1st fondue round) or from 20:30 onwards (2nd fondue round). Christmas parties can be individually arranged according to a modular system. For example, you could book the “Fonduewelt Deluxe” as a main course. For the fondue, you would then receive a mixed platter of Botswana sirloin steak, pork fillet, chicken breast, duck breast, king prawns, scallops, and seasonal vegetables for frying in rapeseed oil or bouillon. Side dishes include crinkle-cut potatoes with sea salt, antipasti, and homemade Pane Contadino. For dessert, there’s Toblerone Duo made of Swiss chocolate, a warm dark chocolate Toblerone brownie, and white Toblerone parfait with raspberry sauce.

Particularly romantic is the “Christmas Hut Magic” from 23.11. to 21.12.2018, an outdoor Christmas celebration for groups on the terrace of Ars Vini in a heated winter tent on cozy lambskins with delicious cheese fondue and mulled wine.
