Whether among giraffes, hippos, and pandas or in the fascinating underwater world – a children’s birthday party at the Berlin Zoo or Aquarium is always something very special.

Experienced guides take children aged between 5 and 15 on an animal discovery tour. All senses are engaged, so in addition to fun, the playful learning effect also plays a major role.

Depending on the chosen focus, different animal species are at the center of the tour, and children learn about the vital importance of species and nature conservation. From XXL zoo residents to nocturnal animals to a complete surprise tour – there’s something for every taste here. As a major highlight of every tour, animals can even be fed or a peek behind the scenes can be taken.

The programs last between 60 and 75 minutes. Such a birthday program at the Berlin Zoo or Aquarium is only possible with prior booking. Interested parties should contact the Zoo or Aquarium at least 14 days before their desired date.
