The Bonanza Coffee Heroes serve world-class coffee! For this, Yumi Choi and Kiduk Reus traveled the world for a year, from London to Italy to the USA, researching the best coffee varieties and, above all, the preparation methods.
The result: A culinary and visual delight! Latte art, a particularly long and stomach-friendly roasting time of 20 to 30 minutes, and the use of 14 grams of pure Arabica coffee instead of the usual 7 grams per cup, delight every coffee lover.
