In short: An inspiring place for creativity, talent and interesting conversations in a relaxed atmosphere. 100 employers and exhibitors from the start-up to the large corporations are looking for new employees here. 50 international speakers talk about future trends, success & failure, leadership, the latest technologies and LGBTIQ topics. SXS is aimed at pupils, students, graduates & professionals who are lesbian, gay, bi, trans *, queer or straight (Straight Allies).
