This is a great opportunity to attend a world-renowned orchestra for free. The concert will last for 40-50 minutes. You can take a break on a busy working day or enjoy it when visiting Berlin. These concerts are running since October 2007 and it is called ‘LunchKonzert’. They feature mainly members of the Berlin Philharmonic and scholars of its Karajan Academy, but also instrumentalists from the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester and the Staatskapelle Berlin as well as Students from Berlin Conservatories. Children can attend but as this event is not focused on children please be aware they would need to stay still and quiet during the concert.
