This big jungle themed playground is located in Bäkepark in Berlin-Steglitz. You can combine the stay at the playground with a nice little walk along Teltowkanal, which is right beside the park.
The playground includes lots of options to climb and discover the “jungle”. A tree house, rope bridges and hammocks add to the wildlife atmosphere. There are also many wooden sculptures of wild animals such as a big giraffe, zebras, tigers and monkeys that pick up the jungle theme.
In summer, the many shady trees around the playground are great to escape the burning sun. Older kids also like to play some table tennis, basketball or street soccer at the area nearby, while parents like to sit on the benches or use the picnic tables to watch their kids.
