A small theater for the very young, from 2 years old! The tiny Theater o. N. in family-rich Prenzlauer Berg stands out primarily by pursuing the concept of 'Theater from the very beginning'.
Theater o.N. is one of Berlin’s oldest independent theater groups. The stated goal of the dedicated theater makers is to establish theater for toddlers in the Prenzlauer Berg district. “Kling, kleines Ding” (Ring, little thing), for example, invites audiences aged 2 and up to a musical performance with play, percussion, and singing. “O Himmel blau” (Oh blue sky), another example from the repertoire, is a very vivid theater piece for very young theater newcomers.
As the lease for the tiny children’s theater was not renewed after more than 20 years, Theater o.N. is now a guest at other venues, both in Berlin and nationwide.
