Street art has found its permanent place here: Nine street artists have left their mark in the Michelin-starred restaurant, where their works meet precise cuisine and minimalist interiors. This creates an atmosphere that perfectly captures Berlin.

GOLVET: Michelin-Starred Cuisine with Character

Since 2017, GOLVET has been awarded a Michelin star every year. Today, Executive Chef Nicholas Hahn, most recently honored as Berlin Master Chef 2025, stands behind the stove, known for a modern, clear cuisine with an uncompromising focus on taste. He employs techniques such as smoking, fermentation, and drying to elicit new and surprising flavor dimensions from the ingredients. The result is menus that move far beyond the conventional. Currently, the grand menu costs 279 Euros for nine courses.
