From March 31 to April 11, 2026, Bundesbüdchen will serve a seasonal 4-course Easter menu celebrating the first treasures of spring: asparagus, wild garlic, and rhubarb. For the main course, two people share a lamb shoulder with a pine nut crust. Dishes can also be ordered individually à la carte.
