Panoramastraße runs directly at the foot of the TV Tower, between Alexanderplatz and the Red City Hall. There, on the side facing Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, you’ll find Knutschfleck. Inside, the venue features heavy Chesterfield sofas, chandeliers, and black-and-white photographs of old Berlin, complemented by a stage that transforms the space into a theatre hall. Knutschfleck is thus less a pub and more an experience restaurant with an adjoining bar, where food, show, and party belong together. Reservations are made exclusively online; the venue does not accept phone reservations. Those who arrive without a ticket or reservation rarely have luck on show nights, as performances are frequently sold out.

On show nights, a multi-hour variety program is scheduled, featuring dance numbers from burlesque to cancan to rock’n’roll, aerial acrobatics, live singing, and hosted comedy. Afterward, DJs take over and turn the hall into a dance floor where swing, rock, pop, and current charts play side by side. The kitchen focuses on hearty Berlin and East German classics, from Solyanka to Jägerschnitzel to Königsberger Klopse for 18.90 Euros; vegetarian and vegan dishes are also on the menu. Behind the bar are over 150 drinks, many of them house creations, with cocktails starting from 12.90 Euros. On weekends, a brunch with a buffet and stage program is added.
