Studio32: Cooking Classes in Schöneberg’s Goltzkiez
Cooking more often yourself and ordering less frequently is one of the classic New Year’s resolutions. Studio32 is a cooking and event studio on Goltzstraße in Schöneberg, and since November 2024, it also operates additional premises on Kottbusser Damm in Kreuzberg. The team behind the studio is from Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro, which has been awarded a Michelin star.
The courses focus on professional kitchen techniques rather than recipes to simply follow. All dishes are vegetarian or vegan, cooked with seasonal ingredients, largely sourced from regional organic producers. The program includes fresh pasta, sourdough bread, macarons, fermenting, or vegan tacos, among others.
Cooking Classes, Cocktail Workshops, and Team Events in Berlin
In addition to cooking classes, the studio offers cocktail and mocktail courses, gin workshops, and wine tastings. Guests receive a small sparkling wine reception to start, the prepared dishes are eaten together at the end, and all recipes are given to guests to recreate at home.
The spaces are also available for team events and private parties, from intimate gatherings to corporate events. Anyone who has resolved to cook better will leave Studio32 after an evening not only with new recipes but also with the right techniques.
