Papà Pane enjoys the fame of being the best Italian restaurant in Berlin Mitte and the ultimate point of call if you like pizza. Even celebrities like Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Robert Redford have been seen here.
The Papà Pane di Sorrento is famous above all for its brick-oven pizza (among other toppings also with buffalo mozzarella), which has won several awards in Germany and Italy. Such true craftsmanship is even appreciated by Brad Pitt, who ate here when shooting “Inglorious Basterds”. However, you are also invited to enjoy one of their giant pizzas and the bustling atmosphere of the restaurant room with its high ceilings and the big windows.
