Habibi at the beautiful Winterfeldtplatz is not just any falafel store, Habibi is more like the place to be when it comes to falafel – a dinosaur among all the other takeaways and restaurants. Doesn’t matter if hipster, young family or tourist – all groups of people and individuals have one thing in common: They all love visiting Habibi in Schöneberg.

It’s more than the place to be though. Here you’ll get Lebanese fast food at its best. Fresh ingredients are used for all meals. Whether you go for a falafel sandwich or the Habibi plate with extra halloumi – the prices are pretty humble and all dishes taste really well. The traditional tea is for free. Other than in many other falafel restaurants the chickpea balls are cooked in a pot rather than in a fryer.

The interior is rather simple consisting of just a couple of tables and chairs inside and outside, but that doesn’t really hurt. We suggest opting for a take-away so you can enjoy your meal at the charming Winterfeldtplatz or in your own place. The staff is super friendly and will always help.

Top10 Berlin tip: Order a fresh carrot-orange juice along with your Hababi Teller (plate) with extra halloumi.
