


The elegant restaurant Charlotte & Fritz, newly opened last year in the 5-star superior Hotel Regent Berlin, celebrates Easter 2019 with a lavish Easter menu on Easter Sunday.
Easter Sunday at the elegant restaurant “Charlotte & Fritz” at the 5-star superior Hotel Regent Berlin will be a culinary delight, as “Charlotte & Fritz” serves an Easter menu for lunch and dinner, available as a 3-, 4- or even 5-course menu, depending on your preference.
The lavish menu begins with foie gras, redcurrant, lovage, and brioche, followed by sorrel soup and Loch Duart salmon tartare. The subsequent fish course serves tender cod and mussels in saffron broth. The main course features veal loin with white asparagus, small potatoes, and Sauce Béarnaise. To conclude the menu, guests can choose between savory, namely fine raw milk cheese, or sweet. Sweet desserts on offer include white chocolate mousse, sweet pesto, strawberries, and rhubarb sorbet.
The Easter menu will be served for lunch or dinner on Easter Sunday. The restaurant kindly requests reservations.
Chef de Cuisine Jörg Lawerenz developed the culinary concept for the restaurant. The new menu aims to blend specialties of local, fresh cuisine with influences from other countries.
