On Easter Sunday, Ganymed Brasserie and Brechts Steakhaus combine their kitchens for a gourmet lunch buffet directly on Schiffbauerdamm in Berlin-Mitte. Guests can enjoy a live grilling station, oysters, lamb chops, and seafood, accompanied by live music. Those who wish can book a drink flat rate.
For Easter lunch, two kitchens collaborate: Ganymed Brasserie with its French-inspired signature and Brechts Steakhaus with its grilling expertise. The buffet reflects both: lamb chops, rump steak, and prawns land on the grill. In addition, there are oysters, shrimp, fresh salmon, and octopus, complemented by salads, dips, and vegetarian options.
The meal concludes with classic desserts such as apple strudel and chocolate mousse. If you wish to book a drink accompaniment with your meal, choose between Prosecco, Crémant, or Champagne, each as a flat rate from 11:30 to 14:30. Reservations and tickets at shop.ganymed-brechts.de →
About Ganymed Brasserie and Brechts Steakhaus
Ganymed Brasserie on Schiffbauerdamm stands for authentic French cuisine with history. Located directly on the Spree since 1929, it was a regular haunt of Bertolt Brecht and Helene Weigel and still enchants today with classic brasserie dishes such as Bœuf Bourguignon and fresh seafood in an elegant Gründerzeit ambiance.
Brechts Steakhaus, not far from the Berliner Ensemble on Schiffbauerdamm, stands for first-class dry-aged steaks from a lava stone grill. Named after the passionate meat lover Bertolt Brecht, it offers high-quality cuts from all over the world with views of the Spree in a stylish, modern ambiance
