Crêperie Suzette in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg takes its name after France’s most well-known crêpe: the Crêpe Suzette served with vanilla ice cream, then flambéed with Grand Marnier.

Other specialities of this restaurant, owned and run by two real Frenchmen, include crêpes served with home-made chocolate or caramel sauce. Additionally, the Suzette prepares hearty galletes, for example with salmon or goat cheese. All crêpes and galletes are completely self-made from fresh ingredients. One of the most important ingredients of the batter is buckwheat flour, rich in minerals and proteines and on top of that highly digestible.

Their card however also carries various salads, omelettes and ice cream. Why not accompany the food with an apple wine, the famous French Cidre, or are you more fond of a relishable coffee?
