More genuine East German articles like Rorkäppchen sparkling wine, aprons made of Dederon or a bottle to make soda with carbondioxide cartridges can be discovered here by the curious visitors.
The monthly rent for such a flat in the 1980s amounted to 109 GDR-Mark. This was rather inexpensive and contributed to the popularity of living in such a Plattenbau.
