In Charlottenburg, hidden in a factory backyard on Abbestraße opposite the University of the Arts, Illuminati Escape brings together four themed rooms spanning 340 square meters - from a Macao casino to the Alien Grill and Cyber Attack. All four missions are linked by a common story about a secret society and a quantum computer, and each team gets its own Game Master who adjusts the difficulty during the game.

Secret Society in the Backyard: Location and Directions

Ernst-Reuter-Platz is nearby, but the entrance is well hidden. Illuminati Escape is located at Abbestraße 17 in Charlottenburg, in the backyard on the right, on the second floor. The building opposite the University of the Arts is a turn-of-the-century Berlin factory building. So, whoever enters the backyard immediately feels: time has stood still a little here. This fits the story, as you are ultimately fighting against a secret society that has been operating in the shadows for centuries. Illuminati Escape is also one of the few escape game providers in West Berlin.

Four Missions, One Story: The Rooms at Illuminati Escape

Four different rooms with various missions await across 340 square meters. All rooms are linked by a common story: the Illuminati must be prevented from getting their hands on a quantum computer. In Jackpot, players puzzle their way through a Chinese casino in Macao, Titanic 2.0 plays out on a sinking ship in the Caribbean, and the Alien Grill transports the group to an abandoned diner in the Nevada desert. Additionally, Cyber Attack takes you to a small computer shop in Russia. Each mission runs for 60 minutes and also works independently of the others.

Each team has its own Game Master who can individually adjust the difficulty. The family-run escape room offers four immersive missions and a dedicated Game Master for each team. Games can be played in either German or English, and group sizes range from 2 to 9 people depending on the room. Two players pay 78 Euros, three people 105 Euros, and each additional person costs 35 Euros.

Also Hunting Outdoors

What sets Illuminati Escape apart from other escape rooms in Berlin is the offering beyond its four walls. In Safe House, the Illuminati have placed a bomb in Berlin, which was constructed in the safehouse. Players must track it down and gather all information for its defusal – along a route of approximately 2.5 kilometers through the city. The outdoor games Safe House and Skywatch start from 80 Euros, plus 10 Euros per person. Thus, Illuminati Escape is not only a destination for escape room fans but also for anyone looking to explore Berlin in an unusual way.
