Take Off Fallschirmsport

Anyone looking for the region's strongest adrenaline rush won't find it in Berlin itself, but 30 minutes north at Fehrbellin Airfield in Brandenburg: Take Off Fallschirmsport is considered one of Germany's largest skydiving centers and has been sending brave souls into freefall for over 25 years.
Take Off Skydiving: Freefall over Brandenburg
Just 30 minutes from Berlin, at Fehrbellin Airfield, is one of Germany’s largest skydiving centers. With more than 25 years of experience and well over 200,000 jumps, Take Off Fallschirmsport is among the top 3 largest skydiving centers in Germany. A tandem jump from several thousand meters is one of the most intense experiences around Berlin. Adrenaline lovers can experience the thrill of a tandem jump from either 2,500 or 4,000 meters, with 25 to 50 seconds of freefall awaiting, depending on the jump height, before the parachute opens. Afterwards, you float in a silent glide over Brandenburg, with a wide view extending to the Berlin skyline on clear days.
Even beginners can safely and easily experience a parachute jump from 2,500 or 4,000 meters, thanks to a special skydiving system and experienced tandem pilots. Many of them have already completed more than 5,000 jumps, some even more than 10,000. Tandem jumping is therefore not a gamble, but a true professional sport.
What else Take Off has to offer
In addition to tandem jumps, the offerings include training and further education for jumpers, parachute maintenance, and parachute sales. The professional school has its own 18-seater aircraft and is equipped with the latest material, complemented by catering directly at the landing zone, workshops, a hangar for parachute packing, and a campsite. Thus, a trip to Fehrbellin is clearly more than a quick jump; it’s a whole day full of adrenaline and atmosphere.
The season runs from April to October, and those who dare to jump should plan about three hours for the entire process, from registration and briefing to landing. A tandem jump from 2,500 meters costs 149 Euros, from 4,000 meters 199 Euros, with various photo and video options starting from 60 Euros.
