Opposite the KaDeWe in Schöneberg, Brasserie Colette Tim Raue brings Paris to Berlin. Here, the star chef's signature style meets a classic brasserie atmosphere: modern, warm, without heaviness. A restaurant that provides the perfect setting for special occasions.

Brasserie Colette Tim Raue: French Soul with Berlin Serenity

The brasserie is located in the heart of City-West in Schöneberg, not far from Kurfürstendamm and in direct proximity to KaDeWe. Since 2015, it has been delighting guests with modern interpreted French cuisine of the highest quality.

Classic brasserie elements such as antique mirrors, vintage furniture, and mosaic floors harmonize with modern designs, ensuring the interior consistently extends Brasserie Colette’s culinary concept. The interior design comes from the renowned architectural duo Esther Bruzkus and Patrick Batek. The result feels both familiar and fresh, just as a good dinner should be.

The Menu: Tim Raue’s Signature on Classic Territory

The dishes bear the characteristic signature of star chef Tim Raue, who is the namesake and conceptual mind behind Brasserie Colette. Whether it’s Bœuf Bourguignon, Steak Frites, or Tuna Niçoise: each dish plays with the characteristic twist of sweet, sour, and spicy. The result is French cuisine that knows expectations yet subtly surprises them.

Guests can compose their own 4-course à la carte menu. The menu is offered at a fixed price of 99 Euros, while a purely vegan selection costs 88 Euros. Colette’s wine selection also features a skillful mix of familiar and new, with products from world-renowned wineries in France as well as international new discoveries. Guests report an evening that begins with a personal greeting upon entry and concludes with outstanding service that exceeds even high expectations.
