Using Brandenburg milk with an extremely high content of cream, the ice cream of Caramello gets its airy finish and intense flavour without having to add extra cream or other fats. They rather add pistacchios from Sicily, normally for award-winning chefs only or fair trade cocoa from Madagascar, varying in richness between 3 different grades from 30% – 70%.
