The modern French brasserie with upscale cuisine offers the classics of French cuisine at a professional level.
The chef, Vincent Garcia, knows his stuff. The native of Marseille was Sous Chef at the Berlin Adlon for two years and Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant Ganymed for seven years.
In 2010, he fulfilled his dream and opened Pastis at Rüdesheimer Platz. There, you can find a more affordable lunch menu, a delightful evening menu, and a changing menu of the month.
The highlight at Pastis is the Borsalino menu: Guests are picked up before dinner in a beautiful, exclusive Citroën vintage car, enjoy a 7-course master chef menu, and a bottle of champagne already during the ride!
