Mine Restaurant

Upscale Italian cuisine in Charlottenburg, less than a ten-minute walk from Ku'damm: Mine Restaurant on Meinekestraße stands for modern gourmet cuisine, influenced by international flavors, rethinking classic recipes. Plus, a wine bar with biodynamic wines and an interior that combines warmth with style.
Mine Restaurant: Italian Gourmet Cuisine with its Own Flair
Mikhail Mnatsakanov, son of Russian star chef Aram Mnatsakanov, has been running the Italian restaurant Mine & Wine in Charlottenburg since 2016. The location on Meinekestraße stands where Henry Levy’s two-Michelin-starred restaurant “Maître” once resided – a culinarily significant spot where Mine now writes its own story. Head chef Mikhail prepares upscale Italian classics such as Ravioli Cacio e Pepe or Filetto al Pepe Nero with a modern twist. The menu is deliberately kept short, with only 20 to 22 dishes, prepared with special ingredients from all over Europe, from Iceland to Spain. Instead of traditional folk cuisine, the kitchen allows for a free interpretation of Italian classics, prepared with the best ingredients, extremely tasty and precisely arranged.
Wine Bar, Michelin Recommendation, and a Private Room for Special Occasions
Mine is a Michelin recommendation and bears the black cutlery symbol of the Michelin Guide. Those who already know the restaurant know that the ambiance is also perfect. The interior welcomes guests with natural stone walls, tiled floors, simple tables, and a large, bright vintage-style window front. In front, a charming terrace invites you to sit. The restaurant also includes the affiliated WINE bar: It is part of the house; guests can wait there for a free table or simply stop by for a glass. The wine list includes a selection of biodynamic and natural wines. The wine cellar can also be booked for private dinners or chef’s table events. If you’re planning larger gatherings: The private room can accommodate up to 34 people in a separate restaurant area. Open daily from 17:30 in the evening.
