Ostermenü im Bundesbüdchen

From March 31 to April 11, 2026, the Bundesbüdchen will serve a seasonal 4-course Easter menu celebrating the first treasures of spring: asparagus, wild garlic, and rhubarb. For the main course, two people will share a lamb shoulder with a pine nut crust. The dishes can also be ordered individually à la carte.
The Easter menu at Bundesbüdchen is clearly focused on seasonal offerings: asparagus, wild garlic, and rhubarb dominate the menu. The first course comes as asparagus rolls with truffle ham and wild garlic mousseline, or as a cream of white asparagus soup with sourdough croutons.
The main course is designed for two people: a lamb shoulder with a pine nut crust is served with rosemary potato gnocchi and puntarelle. The meal concludes with a financier with rhubarb and cream cheese ice cream. The 4-course menu can be booked including a glass of champagne. The dishes can also be ordered individually à la carte. About Bundesbüdchen
The Bundesbüdchen in Berlin-Mitte is a loving homage to the legendary cult kiosk in the old Bonn government district, featuring an authentically recreated counter and an ambiance that connects history and the present. Head chef Johann Maier translates classic German and Alpine dishes into a modern, seasonal cuisine that aims to touch rather than merely impress.
