Osterbrunch mit Champagner “free flow” im Hotel Palace Berlin

The Hotel Palace Berlin in City West offers exquisite delicacies such as lobster and “free flow” champagne at its elegant Easter brunch on Easter Sunday from 12 PM to 3:30 PM

The appetizers alone appeal to all senses: stuffed rabbit loin with prunes, lobster crème brûlée, confit shrimp, smoked quail breast, and homemade pâtés are among the offerings on the appetizer buffet.

For the à la carte main course, you can choose between braised lamb leg with fava beans and warm artichoke salad, or roasted lamb loin with vegetable couscous and eggplant caviar.

The dessert buffet indulges with sweet delicacies such as carrot cupcake with vanilla buttercream, rhubarb cheesecake, or two kinds of chocolate mousse, to name just a few. This Easter brunch is offered exclusively on Easter Sunday. Champagne, included in the 2019 Easter gastronomy package, flows freely.
