The Estrel Hotel Berlin in Neukölln is renowned for its Sunday themed brunches. It’s clear that Estrel will also offer a lavish Easter brunch buffet on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday in 2019, leaving no wish unfulfilled. Especially many seasonal delicacies are on the brunch menu.

At the Easter buffet, guests can expect, among other things, Norwegian salmon with creamed horseradish, marinated gambas, Tuscan poultry salad with olives and herbs, smoked chicken breast with Cumberland sauce, mini mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and basil pesto, sesame chicken strips with teriyaki sprout salad, egg salad with trout caviar, and for warming up, a delicious oxtail soup.
The carving station will also make your mouth water. Here, you’ll find Müritz lamb leg with wild garlic jus, a whole side of salmon with white wine root vegetables, or juicy pork loin steaks with herb asparagus.

Finish your meal with either a selection of cheeses from the board with grapes or sweets from the chocolate fountain and other treats like panna cotta with rhubarb or an ice cream buffet with various toppings.
