The Easter brunch at NYX Hotel Berlin Köpenick is a special edition of the monthly Beats-&-Brunch series, which the restaurant otherwise hosts every last Sunday of the month. The buffet ranges from sourdough bread and fresh fruit to veal meatballs with cranberry mustard and croissant sandwiches with smoked salmon.

For the warm dishes, there’s wild garlic cream soup, various scrambled egg variations, braised lamb shank, salmon fillet, and roasted cauliflower with poppy seeds. Carrot cake, lemon tart, and churros with chocolate and caramel sauce complete the meal. A welcome cocktail and unlimited sparkling wine are included in the ticket price.
