From late March to June 2026, Lutter & Wegner serves the highest quality asparagus from Beelitz and Kremmen asparagus farmers, fresh daily from the field directly to your plate. There is Beelitz white asparagus in the classic variant with parsley potatoes and freshly whipped Sauce Hollandaise or melted butter, optionally with Havelland boiled ham, a small Wiener Schnitzel of milk-fed veal, Fjord salmon steak, or Pomeranian beef rump steak. Those who prefer something lighter will also find a risotto with Beelitz asparagus, with white and green asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and grated Grana Padano.
