For Easter, Spandau Citadel transforms into a medieval adventure world: knight battles, jugglers, fire shows, and a large historical market make the Easter Knight Festival one of Berlin's most spectacular Easter programs.

Fangrot Boat Rental is located on Tegeler See in Marina Prinzenhof and has been family-owned since 1964. Its saloon yacht Heidelberg was built in Köpenick in 1924 and has been electrically powered since its renovation in 2021, making it almost silent. As a wedding venue in Berlin, it is one of the few places where 'I do' can be said on the water.

The bike tour through Spandau's Old Town, lasting one to two hours, is one of Berlin's shortest cycling tours and leads from the market to the Spandau Citadel, a Renaissance fortress from 1594 with the 30-meter-high Juliusturm. In the north of Spandau, right by the city limit, there is a 6 kilometer asphalt road that mainly leads through forests and fields.

Since 1927, Spandau has been making the best ice cream alternative to industrial products: The Florida Eismanufaktur produces Berlin's first CO₂-neutral ice cream, handmade, without artificial flavors, and with over 50 varieties ranging from classic vanilla to popcorn caramel.

Up to 300 guests can be accommodated in the courtyard of the City Library in Spandau's Old Town, with sun loungers in the front rows. Blankets, cushions, and even hot water bottles can be rented, the food stall cooks its own open-air soup, and films are generally shown in German, in almost all weather conditions and without a rain canopy.

The Italian restaurant Cappuccino in Spandau-Gatow is located directly on the Havel river and offers high school graduates a stylish banquet hall with a water view.
