Berlin hatmaker Fiona Bennett is considered the best hatmaker in Germany, creating hats for haute couture, as well as for theater and film, in her white studio in Berlin-Tiergarten. The hats from the TV series Babylon Berlin, which appear to be from the 1920s, were actually made in her studio.

Fiona Bennett moved her hat creations to Potsdamer Straße in Tiergarten a few years ago and certainly contributed to the street being considered so trendy today. Her entirely white studio showcases the hats like in a gallery; right next door is the atelier where the small artworks are crafted for a variety of heads. Fiona Bennett has been dedicated to hats for over twenty years. Her hats can be very imaginative, extravagant, striking, but also very wearable and often with a touch of humor. Her unique hat fashion has been featured multiple times in Vogue.

Many international and national celebrities such as Brad Pitt, Katie Holmes, Ashton Kutcher, Hugh Jackman, Yoko Ono, Ben Becker, and Jan Josef Liefers know and appreciate her hat fashion, and Christina Aguilera’s world tours were outfitted by Fiona Bennett.

Hats for fashion shows by Wunderkind, Guido Maria Kretschmer, Michael Michalsky, or Kaviar Gauche were also designed by her.

Fiona Bennett’s hat fashion for women and men is not bound by any season. In summer, she creates wonderful models for the beach or weddings, and even through the cold season, one is well-hatted by her designs.
