Villa Feodora

Just outside the gates of Berlin, in northern Potsdam near Sanssouci Park, Villa Feodora boasts over 120 years of history in the English cottage style. Today, the former youth hostel is one of the region's most charming event venues, featuring a historic gymnasium, a spacious art garden, and genuine full service.
Villa Feodora: Where History Meets Party Culture
In the north of Potsdam, very close to Sanssouci Park and Palace, stands a historic house in the English cottage style, built in 1912 and consecrated in 1913 after Princess Feodora, the youngest sister of the last German Empress Auguste Viktoria. Anyone looking for an event venue in Potsdam today will sooner or later come across this house. And for good reason. Because here, 120 years of history meet around 20 years of events and entertainment. What used to be a youth hostel, gymnasium, and community center now has almost everything a good event needs: an individual atmosphere and the complete infrastructure from stages to bars.
As the then owner of the full-service event agency, Martin-Max Zühlke took over the house in 2006 and gradually transformed it into one of the most sought-after event venues in the Berlin area. After approximately 3,000 weddings and parties in the last 14 years, Villa Feodora has clearly proven itself.
Full Service, Event Garden, and Three Bars
What makes Villa Feodora such a strong event location is the interplay of space and comprehensive support. A historic gymnasium with a stage of 110 square meters remains, as well as a small hall of 56 square meters. Additionally, a spacious event garden with a terrace, two pavilions, an outdoor stage, an outdoor bar, barbecue areas with smokers, lounges, and a large children’s play area was added.
In total, the premises cover approximately 2,050 square meters, with three bars, three fire pits, complete furniture and decor, sound and light, catering and drinks, DJs and artists, all from a single source. So, anyone planning a wedding, corporate event, or birthday here doesn’t just get an empty promise of space, but a well-coordinated team that handles everything from kitchen staff to logistics. Historic charm with great versatility provides the setting for private celebrations, corporate events, team events, or weddings. The dedicated team supports with creative planning and professional execution. Dance indoors, sit by the campfire outdoors, or still be at the bar in the morning. Villa Feodora makes all of this possible.
