On the RAW grounds in Friedrichshain, the Cassiopeia Sommergarten reflects the vibe of the neighborhood. Amidst old trees, string lights, and brick halls, after-work guests, neighbors, and visitors from the street-art-rich area sit side-by-side, while bingo and quiz nights or open-air parties take place.

During the day, you can watch climbing enthusiasts conquer the high wall in the summer garden; in the evenings, disco balls, cool drinks, and street food create a summer atmosphere. Admission to the garden is free, a visit costs approximately 10 to 20 Euros per person.

Open-Air Raves and Music Festivals

On warm weekends, a large open-air dancefloor emerges on the grounds, usually without admission fee. Musically, it leans towards techno in a warehouse atmosphere, with raw spaces and adaptable rooms.

Beyond the techno nights, the program remains broad. For the summer solstice, the garden becomes a stage for a big music festival with free admission, featuring a line-up of hip-hop, alternative pop, and indie rock with many local bands. For arrival, the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stop at Warschauer Straße, from there it’s a five-minute walk.
