Cassiopeia is located in Friedrichshain on the RAW grounds at Revaler Straße 99 and has been operating since 2005. The converted industrial hall accommodates 728 guests and operates up to three floors for parties. It includes its own summer garden with a food truck, where bingo, pub quizzes, readings, and street festivals take place throughout the year. In winter, curling for groups is added. The team expressly emphasizes not giving space to right-wing or otherwise discriminatory attitudes.
Super Tuesday, Forever Young and Bambule
Musically, Cassiopeia is broadly positioned. Tuesdays feature Super Tuesday with 80s, Disco, and Hip-Hop, Fridays host the Forever Young Party with Rock and New Wave, and Saturdays present Bambule BLN with Pop, Hip-Hop, and House. In between, concerts, karaoke, and queer events are on the program, ranging from metalcore to German punk. Local DJs perform here as well as international acts. Admission for concerts is 16+, for parties 18+.
