Hole44 is one of the few hip-hop clubs in Neukölln that brings rap to the stage in a big way. The venue is located in the former Globus cinema on Hermannstraße, where today German rap artists like Veysel and Pa Sports perform, along with Neo-Soul and RnB. The focus is on live concerts rather than a weekly party series.

Hole44: Rap Stage in the Old Globus Cinema

Hole44 is located on Hermannstraße in Neukölln, in the premises of the former Globus cinema. Today, the venue is a concert stage that sees itself as a place for young talents and for the preservation of live music culture. The main entrance provides step-free access to the concert hall and restrooms; staff will arrange wheelchair spaces with good stage views on the day of the show. There is no separate area for people with disabilities, so arriving early helps.

German Rap, RnB, and International Guests

The program’s focus is on German rap and hip-hop. Recently, Veysel, Pa Sports, Faroon, as well as Donna Savage and Brenk Sinatra performed on stage. There are also evenings featuring RnB, Neo-Soul, and Pop, for example with Ruel, MNEK, and Mekdes. The venue does not host a weekly party series; instead, concerts are lined up one after another, often with shows that are relocated here from larger venues. There is no fixed age limit; it is determined by the respective organizer, and children up to twelve years old should wear over-ear hearing protection.
